It's a modern take on Oliver Twist. Oliver and Artful have fallen out and challenged each other to a steal off. Which ever gang steals the most wins. Be careful when choosing your victims, males are more powerful than females and loaners tend to carry weapons. Try to work as a team and try to avoid alerting the cops
